To follow are some of Kirsty’s most requested speaking and workshop topics. We pride ourselves on tailoring any of our talks to your organisation’s needs. If you don’t see a topic here that would suit – let us know at The Next Step. We’ll happily work with you if we can to find the right mix.
The common misconception about Kirsty as a speaker is that she only talks to Real Estate based audiences due to her business success in this arena. While she loves talking to a real estate audience you'll see from this sample list of topics below that her expertise can be targeted to a wide audience.
5 Steps to Success, Kirsty's personal story and journey
This is Kirsty’s most requested keynote presentation focusing on her own personal story told around a framework of 5 essential keys to success that everyone can follow.
Kirsty shows real emotion as she shares with her audience the lessons she learnt growing up in a family with a difficult financial background. In this heart felt keynote Kirsty shares how she used these 5 keys to success to go starting her first business at 15, her second a year later.
From there, Kirsty shares her journey opening her first real estate agency at 21, becoming a self made millionaire at 23, self made multi millionaire at 25 and retired financially free at 27.
Customer Service is a Strategic Weapon of Mass Persuasion
In this interactive session we show how to:

- Have your “personalized” customer service pre-prepared and systemised and still 10 times more thoughtful than your competition
- Identify free or nearly free customer service ideas that will create the JOW factor (Jaws open wide!)
- Build a proven plan for customer service to increase your rate of repeat and return customers

- Have exciting team meetings your staff will actually want to attend
- Plan for the future of your business implementing innovation that results in actual $$s
- Grow a team that thinks, feels and acts as though the company is their own
Networking – Maximising Your Mojo
At 21 I owned my own real estate agency and yet most people thought I was the receptionist! Through networking, self promotion and breaking free from the introvert I had so desperately wanted to stay I developed and used these 10 simple techniques to put myself in a position where I was never again mistaken for the receptionist. Let me show you how to do it for yourself with the following:
- Recognise why and where your networking is currently lacking
- Put systems in place so that even if you’re an introvert who hates talking to people and has no memory whatsoever you can still be a world class networker
- 10 simple networking tips you can use immediately (we’ll even get you to use some in the session)
This is one of my favourite sessions to present as it’s not a skill we’re taught in school and it’s not a skill that comes naturally to many of us. Best of all with these ten simple tips I can show you how easy it can be and how dramatically it will increase your sales. Don’t think you’re in sales? We’ll address that too - everybody is in some way and we can make you more effective!
Some of our other topics include The Power in Pummeling Procrastination, Conflict Resolution, Specific Property Management and Sales Presentations, Property Investment Basics, Time Management, and Maintaining Motivation.
