Drinks: Water (lots of it) and is a huge fan of fun girlie cocktails
Doesn't drink: Wine (despite being given lots of it as speaker thank you gifts hint hint!), beer, champagne, tea or coffee
Born: Darwin, Australia
Grew Up: Across Victoria and in Northern Tasmania, Australia
Lives: Launceston, Tasmania
Eats: Almost anything and loves Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Indian cuisine
Loves: Tim tams, peanut butter and fuji apples
Doesn't eat: Snow peas, raw mushrooms, capsicum (all alergies)
Cooks: Can cook toast, can burn water
Eyes: Green
Hair: Naturally - who knows (ok brown)
Height: In high heels? Still not very tall

- Age 15, Santiago Silver eventually importing jewellery from Thailand and selling it at markets and wholesale to shops

- Age 21, M&M Real Estate (later Harcourts Launceston) set up with two business partners real estate agency in Launceston, Tasmania.
- Tamar River Villas - on site motel ownership and management in conjunction with various owners.
- M&M Harcourts North East - real estate agency in Scottsdale, Tasmania.
- Harcourts Northern Midlands - real estate agency in Longford, Tasmania.
- Harcourts Tasmania - co-CEO and owner of the franchise company for our real estate ventures in Tasmania.
- Harcourts Tasmania Financial Services - mortgage broking company for the real estate offices.
Current Business Ventures through Inconceivable Enterprises:
- kirstydunphey.com - speaking, training and consulting
- unleashedknowledge.com - sales of coaching materials, books, cds and cards. Publishers of two of Kirsty's books.
- reallysold.com - online tool to assist real estate agents in writing sensational advertisements.
Favourite Travel Destinations: St Croix, Thailand, Paris, New York
On the must see list: Prague, Vietnam, Russia, China, Santorini, the Maldives, Arizona, Egypt (followed very closely by EVERYWHERE else!).
Known Issues: Shoe and investment property addiction

Children: No, is still a child herself
Afraid of: Spiders, the dark, strangers, snakes and birds
Not afraid of: Heights (has bungee jumped and skydived twice), enclosed spaces (spent many of her childhood years in small boxes - don't ask)
